Ingredients: Dehydrated garlic is 100 percent GARLIC, no any food additive.
Shelf life: 24 months in normal temp, 36 months under 20C with bag sealed.
Before producing dehydrated garlic granules, the dehydrated garlic slices should be re-baked and the impurities should be removed.
In order to control quality, to sure raw material, half-finished product, failed product and finished qualified product all are traceability, when quality is not good, can trace by mark from raw material and product.
